My question was answered the next day and they had me go to their web site to upload new drivers. They also sent me a contact number so I decided to call tech assistance (had no wait) and spoke to Kevin. I told him what happened and he even stayed on the phone with me to walk me via the set up. That was unexpected – awesome service!
Although I’ve only had it for a week, it’s been working fine – a small video lag at times (quick motion) but nothing major and I think about it acceptable especially since it’s totally wireless. Audio is fine! The connection definitely requirements to be in line of sight for optimal performance; I had it mounted in back of my tv set originally and although it still worked, video difference was noticeable.

I feel this product has high value since this KWORLD Wireless PC To TV Converter is performing well and can be of high quality PC To TV video product. It’s great for older CRT TVs that only have s-video and not VGA. This wireless PC To TV Converter can connect to many types of TV inputs, for example VGA, Composite, and S-Video. However I felt they should have also added an HDMI for newer TVS as it is common in today that all new TV are come with HDMI connector.
The only disadvantage of this KWORLD wireless PC To TV Converter is this product is running very hot if I switch it on for few hours. The chasis that cover the device seem not really of high quality. Other than this, I think this product does it’s job very well by delivering very clean and sharp images. The only thing I have found so far is that if you run at a large resolution (like 1280×1024) text, it not really can be read very clear which I think the display is limited to certain display resolution. It has excellent display with 640×480 or 800×600 as all text can be read very clear.
If you buy this KWORLD Wireless PC To TV Converter and upon arriving you discover the product is defective, You can ask for replacement and normally the replacement is very fast with 1-2 days you will receive a replacement product. So in the end I highly recommend this device to re-new your old CRT. I use this converter for an old Sony Trinitron at the chalet to watch movies and TV shows from my netbook that hook with old sound system which I didn’t discover any problem and it is works like a dream.
This is a simple small device, but it works great. It display well if you use it to display on your laptop screen on a CRT television. As expected you will figure that the CRT display is a little grainy, but overall the picture is very good. I am 100% satisified. I did get a 6 foot video cable (two male connectors at each end), and that made it much easier to connect to the TV. Highly recommended. Great for slide shows of digital photos.
